A documentary review was carried out on the production and publication of research papers related to study variables Legal Formalism, Labor Law, Education in Latin America. The purpose bibliometric analysis proposed this document know main characteristics volume publications registered Scopus database during period 201 7-2022, achieving identification 60 publications. information provided by platform organized through graphs figures categorizing Year Publication, Country Origin, Area Knowledge Type Publication. Once these have been described, position different authors towards theme is referenced a qualitative analysis. Among findings made research, it found that Brazil, with 34 publications, country highest scientific name affiliated institutions country. greatest contribution construction bibliographic material referring Social Sciences 47 published documents, Publication most used indicated above Journal Proceedings 82% total production.
